This is a large family home, with garden and south facing views. It`s ideal for a family of 4 or 5.
Downstairs, we have 2 large living areas. At the back of the house, we have a huge family room (kitchen, dining table and sofa area and piano). The sliding doors lead to a terrace with swing seat and table chairs, with steps down to the garden, which has a trampoline and then a sofa area at the bottom of the garden. The family room links to a sitting room, with a great TV set up and means we can have 2 distinct living areas.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms (2 of these are double - one of which has a superking size bed), as well as a bathroom (with shower and bath).

About the location

We are on a quiet road - at one end of the road is a small wood and there`s a park (with a great childrens playground and tennis courts) at the other end of the road.
The house is near a tube station (10 mins walk), with quick access to the heart of London but it also feels like the country side, with a lovely green garden, outlook and nearby parks, close to Alexandra Palace and Muswell Hill, Highgate Woods and a 10 minute drive to Hampstead Heath.
