Coastal Cornish Lodge (Sleeps 6) with Pool, Bar & Gas Fire – Near Year-Round Dog Beach! Easter 2027 Exchange 🌊🐕🔥

About Our Home:
Welcome to our modern, light-filled coastal lodge located in stunning Cornwall. Designed with family gatherings and relaxation in mind, our home comfortably sleeps 6 guests and offers the ultimate seaside escape. Positioned just moments from the spectacular Cornish coast, it’s an ideal base for crisp spring beach walks.
• For the Pups: We happily welcome up to 2 dogs (or more by arrangement). We provide a pet-friendly environment so your dogs can enjoy the Cornish air just as much as you do.
• For the Kids: Packed with family essentials, games, and a welcoming layout where children can feel right at home.
Our Swap Goals for Easter 2027:
We are looking to secure a house swap in the beautiful Cotswolds for the Easter 2027 school holidays (late March to early April). We are seeking a property that accommodates a minimum of 6 guests and our 2 dogs. Because our property is a dedicated holiday lodge, we are highly flexible and open to both simultaneous (swapping at the exact same time) and non-simultaneous exchanges.
If you are a Cotswold homeowner looking to trade the rolling green hills for a refreshing spring beach holiday in Cornwall, we would love to hear from you

About the location

Five-Star Park Facilities & Local Perks:
Our lodge is situated on a premium holiday park, giving our swap guests excellent on-site benefits:
• Free Swimming: Our swap guests receive 1 hour of free swimming per day in the indoor heated pool—perfect for keeping kids entertained regardless of the March weather.
• On-Site Bar & Restaurant: Enjoy a break from cooking with great food and drinks just a short walk from your front door. Best of all, the bar is completely pet-friendly, so your dogs can join you.
• Year-Round Dog Beach: Our local beach is completely pet-friendly all year round (no seasonal summer bans!), giving your dogs total freedom to run on the sand.
Why We Are Family & Pet Super-Hosts:
We know how difficult it can be to travel with an extended family and multiple four-legged companions. That is why our lodge is completely set up to welcome children and multiple dogs with open arms.
