There are two bathrooms, including a convenient en-suite, as well as a comfortable living space and well-equipped kitchen. The house also has a small garden with seating for four, and a roof terrace with an outdoor sofa.

The house is on a peaceful street but just moments from the buzz of Peckham, with excellent restaurants, cafés, bars and green spaces nearby. There’s also a popular local pub at the end of the street — perfect for a relaxed drink without having to go far.

We have two easy going friendly cats - the house has a cat flap so they can come and go as they please, just requiring regular feeding and water.
