Our lovely apartment overlooks the sea on the top floor of a Grade 2 listed Georgian House. We commercially rent our property from April-September but we would be interested in a house swap outside this period.
The property comprises of an airy living room / kitchen with bay window overlooking Swanage Pier, a large bedroom for two people with King Size bed, a bathroom with bath/ Shower and hallway.
There is also dedicated parking and a garden to the rear.

Swanage is a traditional and popular seaside town in South Dorset. It is renown for its beautiful views, blue sea and hill walks along the World famous Jurassic Coast. There are a range of shops, pubs and restaurants.
