Hey there! Come stay in our charming, brightly-tiled apartment right in the heart of the city center!
We love the classic Valencian style of our home (built in the 1930s), with those beautiful, patterned floor tiles throughout. It`s a great blend of traditional charm and laid-back comfort.

✨ Our Favourite Spots
Balconies: We have a couple of sweet balconies (like the one with the huge, dark succulents!) perfect for soaking up the sun and the street vibes.
The Zen Area is our little sanctuary! It`s super chilled with a rocking chair, lots of plants, and a good stack of books. It`s the perfect corner for winding down. Good to know: You can enjoy a smoke here or by the other windows, provided you keep the windows open for fresh air.

📍 Location, Location, Location!
You couldn`t ask for a better spot to truly live like a local. Everything is on your doorstep:

🥘Food & Fun: Plenty of bars and restaurants to dive into the local cuisine, plus all the shops you could need (supermarkets, chemist`s, pubs, you name it!).

🎭Culture: Easy access to the subway, cinema, and theatres, and key landmarks like the City Hall and Valencia Nord + Sorolla train stations.

👂Heads-Up!
Because we`re so central and right on the street, it can be a bit lively. You`ll hear the general city buzz, and sometimes the noise from the garbage containers outside can be noticeable, especially when they`re being collected. We recommend keeping the windows closed at night if you`re a light sleeper, but it`s the trade-off for an unbeatable location!

We`ve got everything you need, from a functional kitchen to a comfy bedroom and a workspace with good light, a standing desk and screen (for those of us who still have to check an email or two!).

CURRENT HOME SWAP

I`m currently looking for a home swap in Bologna / Faenza, Italy, as I`ll be doing an Erasmus gardening internship there.

📅 Dates: September 28th – October 24th, 2026
I could arrive from September 25th, but I need to leave by October 24th.

⏳ Duration: I`m looking for a swap of at least 7 days and up to 30 days — the more days, the better!

I`ll be travelling alone and looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to stay during my internship. I`ll be working around 6–7 hours a day during the week.

🌿 In return, you can enjoy my bright, central Valencia apartment. I`d really appreciate someone taking care of and watering my plants while I`m away.

🐱 I`m also happy to exchange with someone who has cats. I`ve had pets all my life and have been caring for other people`s pets in Valencia for the past 7 years.

This will be my first time in Italy, so I`m also very excited to explore the country on some weekends and would love to hear local recommendations!
