It is approximately 110 metres squared over three floors (top floor is an attic conversion). The house is comfortable and cosy and adapted to a busy family life with a kitchen, dining, and living room space on the ground floor. Office, bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The three large bedrooms each have a double bed. The office space has a fold out sofa that can sleep one/ two people. About the location

We live in Donnycarney, a well established Dublin 9 suburb. It is beside Clontarf, Marino and Drumcondra villages which have a range of restaurants, shops, and pubs all in walking distance. Our house is near Fairview Park and 15 mins walk to Clontarf promenade, a long walkway and cycleway along the coast that you can take as far as Howth. We are close to the city centre with buses departing every 5 mins to Dublin City Centre where you can avail of everything Ireland’s capital city has to offer including museums, galleries, theatre, pubs, restaurants, nightlife and the main shopping districts. County Wicklow including Glendalough and Country Meath including Newgrange and the Bru na Boine site are an hour away.
