About the location

Liguria is unspoilt and like taking a trip back in time, much less known than other areas of Italy, well worth the visit. Dolceacqua is a fifteen minute drive away from our home with many restaurants and delightful shops that lead to the medieval castle. Ventimiglia is the coastal town with a Friday market that many from France come to see. It`s a short ride from here to delightful French coastal resorts like Villefrance, Menton and Monaco is also nearby. Swimming in rock pools at the lovely village of Rocchetta about ten minutes away is a special experience.
