Our home is a two story modern, low maintenance home, which we built about 8 years ago. It has 4 bedrooms (all with built in robes) - one of which we use as a study. It is airconditioned upstairs and has a gas fireplace downstairs. A deck off the Living area enjoys morning sun, with a small backyard and direct access to the Council reserve at the rear. Great for watching our grandkids kick the soccer ball or hit a few golf balls. Our dog enjoys it t00. The house enjoys distant views of the ocean - only a15 minute drive to beautiful sandy beaches, mountain bike tracks, walking and cycling tracks and the beautiful Lake Illawarra. Located about an hour and half from the center of Sydney and accessible by train.

Our home is located in Farmborough Heights - a suburb of Wollongong, a large vibrant city south of Sydney. It is nestled into the escarpment of The Great Dividing Range with ocean views and access to beautiful surf beaches, cafes, outdoor activities and marvelous weather all year round. It is a great destination for holidays, tourists as well as commuters to Sydney.
Wollongong has a lovely harbor foreshore and cycleway and is renowned for its iconic ocean pools, Sea Cliff Bridge and national parks.
