Four bed semi-detached house, south west London

Four good-size bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed. The other three bedrooms have a single bed with a pull out single bed beneath. The house is on three floors. On the ground floor is a kitchen/ diner, fairly large sitting room with TV, and toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and family bathroom. On the top floor are two bedrooms, a study and a bathroom with a shower. The garden is fairly small with a shed. Parking is on the road and requires a permit but we could arrange that for you if needed. We have two adult bikes, kids bikes, scooters, paddle board.

About the location

We live 20 minute walk into Kingston town centre which has loads of good shops, restaurants and bars, 10 minute walk to Richmond Park, 10 minute walk to Norbiton train station which takes takes you into London Waterloo in 25 minutes, 25 minute walk to a lovely spot on the river Thames. We’re also close to Richmond, Surbiton, Teddington and Wimbledon. Close to Hampton Court and Ham House. Kingston’s a great area of London with lots going on and lots to do, 25 mins by train to central London.
