Our house is a comfortable 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home located in a quiet residential area, surrounded by trees and overlooking Lake Macquarie.

Enjoy a scenic panorama through the full-length glass windows that direct your gaze to the peace and quiet of one of the largest inland lakes in Australia.

About the location

Coal Point is just 4kms from the village of Toronto, on Lake Macquarie. Toronto has 3 supermarkets, several restaurants and cafes, an amateur sailing club and a motor yacht club.

Lake Macquarie is twice the size of Sydney Harbour and there is plenty of space to enjoy boating, sailing, fishing or other water sports. If you prefer the ocean, four patrolled beaches are only half an hour away by car, while the sporting and cultural centre of Newcastle city is only 30 kms away. The delights of Sydney are also within reach by train in two and a half hours,or by car on the M1 motorway.

The Hunter Valley, renowned for its variety of good food and wine experiences is only an hours drive away. It is home to approximately 150 wineries with over 60 restaurants and cafes, as well as gourmet food providers and breweries.
