Ideally situated in a quiet lane near the village church and just a few steps away from a country pub , the village shop and a bus stop.

No traffic noise just the occasional sound of church bells and the water over the little weir.

About the location

Having moved down to Devon after living in London and Surrey for many years we still think we are on holiday here!

Just 8 minutes drive from our village, Sidmouth by the sea is an elegant Regency seaside town with its independent shops, charming department store and its numerous little cafes and restaurants to choose from. The town is quite alive and often holds events during the summer months, music and jazz festivals and a fabulous regatta with the Red Devils Airshow as well as having its own cinema and theatre.

Surfing is popular and swimming too when the sea is calm or in the local pool when its not. So theres plenty to do as well as exploring the local countryside, the open gardens and pleasant walks.

There are plenty of car parks in Sidmouth and Sidbury village is well connected to the town as there is a frequent bus service No 9 from Honiton station. It travels through Sidbury and the ride to the sea just takes 9 minutes!
