Semi-detached house with garden and driveway

We have 2 double and 2 single bedrooms, a large living room and very large kitchen diner with a 3/4 size table tennis table. There is a bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and bath, plus a downstairs toilet and sink. We have a large TV with Netflix, Disney Plus and Amazon Prime Video. There are bifold doors out from the kitchen onto a large patio with patio furniture. There is a medium-size garden with a freestanding basketball ring. We also have a self-contained studio flat in the house, where we have a female tenant. She shares the entrances, hallway, landing and stairs, and she also uses the laundry room in the kitchen. There are 2 driveways, of which 1 is available, as the tenant uses the other.

About the location

We live in a quiet cul de sac in the centre of the city of St Albans, 15 mins walk from the city train station. St Albans is 30 mins north of London by train (from St Pancras station). It is a cathedral and market town surrounded by beautiful countryside. There are lots of independent shops, boutiques and high-end cafes and restaurants, as well as great pubs, a clocktower and a Vintry Garden. The cathedral houses England`s only surviving wooden watching loft (c. 1400). Verulamium park in St Albans was the site of a Roman town - here you can find Roman ruins, a mosaic and the Roman Museum. On market days the town is really bustling, and we also have theatres and galleries.
