My home has a fabulous feeling of light and space, the flat overlooks the greenery of Sussex County Cricket Ground, and has views of the sea in the far distance.

The flat has a large spacious and light filled lounge with two super comfy three seater sofas and a large oak table (which extends out further) for indoor eating. A door from the lounge opens out onto a balcony with a table and two chairs for al-fresco dining. The balcony is a fantastic sunny spot from which to relax and watch the cricket on a sunny day, or to enjoy the excitement of a floodlit 20:20 match in the evening.

The flat has one large spacious double bedroom, and a smaller second bedroom with a wall-bed that converts from a desk during the day to a bed at night.

There is a galley kitchen with all mod-cons (including a dishwasher), and family bathroom with bath and shower.

About the location

The travel connections are brilliant; it is only ten minutes walk to Hove promenade and the beach.

It is only an 8 minute walk to Hove train station, and with a bus-stop just outside of the the building you are connected to all parts of the city of Brighton and surrounding areas. Buses run 24/7, every 7 minutes during the day, and then hourly after mid-night. From Brighton station, fast trains to London are an hour away and there are also good connections to Gatwick Airport.
