The ground floor is open plan with a bright and airy lounge to the rear. A modern galley kitchen links the dining room and lounge.
The space
The house is in the middle of a new built residential street, one of the prettiest in Abingdon. The rooms are full of light and air, with high ceilings and period features. The house is spread over two floors with a secluded garden, ideal for summer barbecues with Jacuzzi.
The architecturally-designed ground floor extension creates a large open plan living space, comprising a dining room, elegant galley kitchen and sitting room with living room.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms; master bedroom with super king sized bed, bunk bedroom, twin bedroom (one bed stored under the other) and further double room with queen sized bed. There is also a spaciouse bathroom and another ensuite shower room.
The kitchen is well stocked with an extensive range of crockery and cutlery, a full sized dishwasher, under counter fridge and oven with a modern induction hob. Kitchen appliances include toaster, kettle, food processor, electric whisk and scales. There is a small counter top freezer, microwave and washing machine, tumble dryer and hanging space in the basement. The garden can be used for drying clothes too.

The entire house and garden is for your use, other than the small study which is for storage.
