The light and breezy house has 2 upstairs living areas, and studio/office downstairs opening onto a leafy private eastern courtyard,
The living room faces east and has sliding doors opening onto the east and north decks where shutters allow for peaceful & private outdoor living. The second living area connects to a spacious kitchen with dining opening out to a private western deck with garden beds.
Also upstairs, Bed 1 has a queen bed & en-suite, while bed 2 has a double bed with access to the main bathroom. The laundry is also upstairs.

About the location

The street is quiet & a 7 minute walk to a wonderful 'everything' local store & park.
Tallows beach is a pleasant 20 min walk past the lake, or 3 minute drive.
Suffolk Park village has a bakery, supermarket, 3 restaurants, friendly pub & chemist.
Other easy walks from the house access the golf course club and a resort.
Byron Bay (5 km drive/ bike ride) has cinemas, many foodie outlets and restaurants, many recreational activities, night entertainment and healthy lifestyle clubs/classes.
The 'Northern Rivers' region is famous for its scenery, with a variety of country villages and towns, rivers, waterfalls and many walking/bike trails.
