Garden apartment with lots of light, perfect for families

We love our cosy 2 bed 1 bath ground floor apartment in the heart of Mar Vista. We've got lots of light, shared outdoor fenced yard, original hardwood floors, and we love to cook and bake so we have a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is 900 sq feet. We've got a queen bed in the larger bedroom and twin bunk beds in the smaller room. We've also got some baby stuff in the garage and a kids bike trailer! The house is smoke free and cat free, but we do have a dog. (pet care is not part of the exchange)

About the location

We are in a very walkable neighborhood. Blocks from several wonderful restaurants, including Michelin starred Hatchet Hall. Walking distance from vintage and thrift stores, a bowling alley, supermarket, and around the corner from the Mar Vista Sunday farmers market. We're 2 miles from Venice beach, which is an easy bus ride away, and also close to the Bundy metro station which takes you straight to downtown LA and to several museums. Our place is on a busy residential street which is quiet at night. Street parking is safe and available. Our neighborhood is ethnically and economically diverse and full of families. For younger kids, we're half a mile from a nice public park, 1 mile to a public pool, and a few blocks from the local library. Los Angeles International airport is 20 min away.
