Family Home Close to Devon Beaches

Family home in the heart of the South Hams. Guests have access to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, front garden and decked rear garden with BBQ and seating area. Our village is a stones throw from Totnes and the River Dart where we have a boat - with pre arrangement this can be included in the swap.

The space
Along with 3 bedrooms the house has a large open plan dining/kitchen area and snug living room perfect for a family to enjoy their evenings.

There are also an abundance of kids toys and books for guests to enjoy. Also guests can enjoy access to Netflix, NowTv and Fibre Broadband.

Parking is limited in our village, but we are lucky enough to have parking next to our garage, you can get two cars in the space but its advised that guests only bring one car for ease.

This is our family home, so the space is lived in and there will be personal items in the house during your stay, if you are looking for a well loved family home from home then our house is perfect for you.

About the location

The house offers you a great base for exploring South Devon. Located in the quiet village of Harbertonford we are 5 minutes from the market town of Totnes and the River Dart and only 25-40 minutes to some of Devon's most beautiful beaches including Blackpool Sands, Bantham, Torcross, Thurlestone and South Milton.

There is fantastic walking to be found both locally from the village and within a short drive especially access to the Dart and its easy access to Dittisham and Dartmouth. Similarly Dartmoor is just a short drive away and the market towns of Ashburton and Buckfastleigh welcome you to the moors.
