11 Ash Close

This is a fully modernised 70's built house. We moved to 11 Ash Close, Woodbridge in December 2024 and have had our home thoroughly renovated, (Some walls still to be repainted)
There are new doors and windows inside and outside.
It has a newly fitted kitchen with dishwasher, etc., plus a new downstairs toilet and utility room. The lounge is large and faces south.
Upstairs there are two sizeable double bedrooms and one single one with a sofa bed.. The shower room has been completely made new.
Outside there is an enclosed medium size courtyard style garden, with shed, chiminea, gas barbecue, etc.

About the location

In 2024 Woodbridge was said by Rightmove to be the happiest town in England.
The house is situated very close to a large playing field, with tennis courts, play area for kids, boules pitch.
The Deben river is about 7 mins walk away, where folk sail, canoe, etc.
It is about 7 minutes walk to the nearest train station and independent cinema. The medium size Coop shop is about 11 mins away as is the main shopping street and the lively Quay church.
There are so many lovely places to visit including Sutton Hoo (of The Dig fame 3 miles), Felixstowe (13 miles), Orford (9.5 miles), Snape (10.5 miles), Aldeburgh (17 miles) and a bit further away Southwold (50 minutes).
The nearest beach is at Felixstowe. The town swimming pool is 5 minutes walk away.
Orford has a castle. as has Framlingham (11.5 miles)
