Cosy, sunny studio in south London

A cosy, sunny studio flat with all you need and gorgeous views across the Common from the floor-to-ceiling windows.

Set in the lovely Old Town area of Clapham and in a 1930s building with beautiful front and back garden.

A double bed for 1 or 2 persons but also a sofa bed should you wish to sleep separately. However, we only allow a maximum of 2 people so please respect this.
Bathroom has a large bath and also lovely view from window.

There is a washing machine but no dishwasher.

Wooden floors throughout.

All our cleaning products and washing liquids / shampoos / soaps are Ecover or ecological/organic and free for guests to use.

While the studio style is shabby chic it is very clean and we ask guests to leave their shoes in the hallway at all times.

About the location

Before I met my partner 20 years ago I lived in Holland Park and cried crocodile tears on moving south, but I would now not wish to go back. This is an incredibly friendly neighbourhood and the Common, unlike the private parks, stays open so you can use it whenever you wish. There is Absolutely everything you need here, from fab Italian pizzerias and specialist butchers and cheese and fishmongers to the usual Waitrose, Sainsbury`s, M&S, Boots, Holland & Barratt... Saturday`s there is a farmer`s market with a wonderful organic fruit and veg stand and all you could wish for a gourmet weekend. The lovely little local cinema is also just 5mins walk away, as is the Northern Line, with plenty of buses. And yet we are not on a main road so it really is the best of both worlds:)
