Ground floor: Entrance lobby and hall. Dining room to left as you enter house, Cloak room with toilet and hand basin, Kitchen, and lounge with double french doors and single side door opening onto rear patio.

Upper floor: 2 Double bedrooms overlooking rear garden. One single bedroom to front.

All electric solar power for heating (ceramic radiators) Sunamp water heater.
Solar panels on roof with Tesla battery storage provide reserve electricity.

I need to be in UK until early March 2026 and also busy last 2 weeks in July and all of August 2026. Otherwise for home exchanges! I would especially like to arrange an exchange in Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, and Greece. Coastal areas if possible.

Botany bay has beaches Cliftonville, Walpole bay and beaches
