Stunning views in Forest Hill

Our home is a quiet, beautifully designed Victorian apartment with high ceilings and far reaching views over South East London. Our apartment has a big, light bedroom with a comfy mattress and sliding wardrobes with lots of space for clothes. We have a spare bedroom that we use as an office, with a single chair bed if you need someone else to stay.

The living room is really sunny, and opens out onto a large, decked private roof terrace with spectacular views and a dining table, sofa, cosy blankets and an outdoor heater for when it is cold! We usually have breakfast on the terrace and it's perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a large shower. Our apartment is on the first floor, up a short set of stairs.

We own the apartment as our main home, but work remotely, love travelling and have family we visit in Australia (near Sydney), so very happy to hear from anyone who would be interested in a swap.

About the location

Forest Hill is home to the Horniman Museum & Gardens, which is a few minutes around the corner and has galleries, an aquarium and a butterfly house. It's also really easy to get to Brighton and Gatwick Airport from where we live, and also easy to get to Heathrow via the Overground and Elizabeth Line.

We're approx 7 minutes walk from Forest Hill Station, with lots of cafes and pubs and easy access to Central London (London Bridge is 20 minutes on the train), & East London (Shoreditch, Brick Lane) on the Overground.

You can also easily get the bus or walk to East Dulwich / Dulwich Village, Peckham and Crystal Palace. You can also get the train directly to Victoria Station.

Parking is free without a permit on the surrounding streets.
