It is a comfortable one bedroomed property in a village on the outskirts of the historic English city of Bath.

The property is owned by a housing association from which I have full permission to swap for limited periods of time.

About the location

The neighbourhood is within easy walking distance of woods and open fields.
It is very quiet as all the neighbours are over the age of 55 years.
An efficient and regular bus service runs to and from central Bath several times an hour, seven days a week.
