Traditional Edinburgh Double Upper Family Home

Our home is what is called a double upper, we have the top two floors of a three storey traditional Edinburgh Victorian terrace townhouse.

For use of guests there are three double bedrooms (two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with bunk beds). The master bedroom will not be accessible for guest use.

We have two bathrooms each with a full bath and walk-in shower. A fully fitted dining kitchen with dishwasher and usual appliances. A large living room and hallway with a cupola.

We do not have a private garden but have access to a beautiful large shared garden across the road from our property, it is surrounded by mature trees and has swings, a slide, goal posts and lots of space for all ages to enjoy.

About the location

We live in a residential area called Merchiston, we are a short walk from Morningside and Bruntsfield which has a high street with a range of shops, cafes, restaurants and other amenities.

There are excellent transport links, the city centre is about 40 minutes on foot and easily accessed via local buses.
