It is a maisonette. it is in 3 floors, the 2 of them are connected by an internal staircase. in the 2 filrst floors it has a house of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room,1 kichen, 1 bathroom. every room has a balcony. the 3rd floor is α ground fllor studio, where can sleep 3 people, with its own bathroom and it`s own garden.

About the location

Litochoro, It is built on the slope of the highest peak of Mount Olympus (Mytikas, 2,918 m.) and yet it is only a few kilometers from the sea, making it an ideal destination all year round!

The picturesque town stands out for its traditional Macedonian-style architecture and the alternations of the rich vegetation that surrounds it, in an exquisite aesthetic harmony.
It is an important tourist resort with excellent hotel infrastructure and the most common starting point for mountaineering excursions to the "mountain of the gods".

It is ideally located because it is close to the city of Katerini, Thessaloniki and the city of Larissa. Near Litochoro is Dion, an archaeological site associated with Alexander the Great.There is also Mount Olympus with the Orlias waterfalls, the Enipeas gorge, the monastery of Saint Dionysios and many more. Nearby beaches for swimming, Plaka, Gritsa, Platamon, etc. you can walk , run, sking to Olympus mountain. it is located near to central Greece so it is very easy to cover distances, for example to visit Meteora, Plastiras Lace and Pelion.
