House with garden in Barcelona - 2` from beach

Our home is one of the few houses in the city centre of Barcelona, built in 1992 for the Olympics. It is a comfortable, sunny and quiet three-storey family house of 200 square metres, with a private garden, a terrace and a communal garden with a playground. It is an ideal place, perfect for a family with children. On the ground floor there is a toilet, a big fully-equipped kitchen and a big living room with access to the private garden. On the first floor there are two bathrooms and three bedrooms: one big double bedroom and two smaller ones. On the second floor there is another big room that we use as an office and guest room (equipped with a double sofa bed) with access to the terrace.

We live in Vila Olimpica, which is probably one of the best neighourhoods in the world. It literally has everything you need: cinema, shops, parks, playgrounds, restaurants, sports facilities,…
Our house is two minutes from the beach and ten minutes from the city centre.

About the location

Our neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly (lots of playgrounds, parks,...), yet just a few blocks away from the beach and very close to the city centre. There is a shopping centre across the street which has a cinema (films in original version, which is not common in Spain), restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacy etc. There’s a gym with swimming pool one block away, and several bakeries, cafés and restaurants. Yet, the neighboorhood is super respecful and quiet.
