Spacious and upper floor maisonette in a quiet area of North Edinburgh.
My flat has two double bedrooms, a lounge / dining area, kitchen, and bathroom. Outdoors there is a bike shed I can provide access to if need be, a back garden (shared with my downstairs neighbour), and free on street parking. The stairs are a little steep, so it may not be suitable for all ages, but at least there is only one flight of them. I also have wifi.
About the location
Inverleith Park, the Botanic Gardens, and good pubs and restaurants of Stockbridge are around a twenty to thirty minute walk to the south, with the coastline around the same distance to the north.
There are regular buses that connect the area to the rest of the city and the airport, as well as nearby off road cycle paths that are great for getting around.
