In the heart of leafy Clifton village looking up at Royal York Cresent and a few minutes from the iconic Clifton suspension Bridge, our house is well located for a city break in the West Country. Walking distance to numerous cafes and restaurants just round the corner, and city centre /docks all accessible by foot, bus ,bike or scooter.
We have a town garden and when the weather is kind the balcony is a real sun trap. The house is spread over 4 floors and has a games room (with pool table/table tennis and darts) in the basement which is also set up as a self contained flat connected internally.
We have a sweet little cat who will share the space and appreciate any passing affection.
There are 2 shared bathrooms and one en-suite in the master bedroom on the top floor. 2 reception rooms with tvs, kitchen diner (new in 2023) and a study.

About the location

Clifton is situated by Brunel’s suspension bridge over which there are many green spaces for walking, golf and mountain biking. People come from a distance for these and there are bike hire places in Ashton Court. Bristol is an 11 minute train ride from historic Bath (or you can take the cycle path for a day out). Also within easy reach by car are the Mendips and Cotswolds for more great walking.
