City Centre flat in Bristol

Large bedroom and separate large open plan living space, both approx 6m's x 3m's.

I live in an apartment block with 65 other flats. There is a secure shared communal entrance. And a sliding patio door leading out onto a small courtyard. Although this space is for my use only, it is not a very private space and there will be other residents in the building passing by. People are respectful and will leave you to your morning papers and coffee.

I am not an artist, but I am creative, well travelled and have enjoyed collecting handmade souvenirs and prints from all over the world. My flat is colourful and modern, with 2 sofas, a large dining table and a king size bed (current photos have been taken professionally from a time when I let my flat. The flat is more lived in now!)

About the location

My one bedroom ground floor flat is very spacious and has a little outdoor courtyard. The flat is in Old Market which is just on the edge of the city centre, close to Cabots Circus, Castle Park and Temple Meads train station.

I love this part of town! There are many nice restaurants, bars and live music venues with within 5-10 mins walk - Veeno, Grano, GIgi's, Punchbowl, Old Market Assembly, The Exchange, Ill Repute, Chido Wey.

I love this part of town - there is so much going on here. It's a 20 min walk to get into the Harbourside area or 30 mins to get to the Triangle area of Clifton, where you can find museums, shopping and again many places to eat.
