Spacious 1 bedroom flat with a cat - Leyton, east London

You`ll stay in my home while I am away. I hope you will find it as homely as I do, and I ask you to be respectful of my space and neighbours.

Also, you need to love cats because I have one and most likely she will stay with you at home. You must feel comfortable around them, and be prepared to clean her litter box every day… To confirm, please ask me if she is going to stay in the flat.

In the Summer the front garden has flowers and it is a nice place to sit outside watching the sunset colours in the sky. Inside, the flat has lots of plants and natural light.

When you enter, on the left-hand side is the kitchen. It has everything you need, including a stove, oven, toaster, kettle, Italian cafetiere, and coffee French press. Just note that I don`t have a microwave, a coffee machine or a dishwasher. Otherwise, you can use any utensils or condiments you may find.

The kitchen has a serving hatch to the living room. In the living room you`ll find a 3 seat sofa and if you want to watch a film, you can use the projector (please ask me to confirm this will be available). There is a dining table by the window and a door to access the balcony. Both the window and the balcony face the back garden, which is shared with the neighbours but never used. You also won`t be able to access it. This means you`ll find quietness and privacy.

I now have a desk, an office chair and a monitor, that you can use if you’re working from home.

On the right side of the flat, when you enter, you`ll find the bathroom and the bedroom. The bathroom has a bathtub, and the bedroom has a double bed and Emma mattress. There’s also an electric cover to the mattress to make the warm bed before you go to sleep.
