A newly renovated brick bungalow. Private with gravel garden all around. A bus outside to central Chichester or a 20 minute walk, or at the end of our no exit lane there is a duck pond where there are public footpaths to Bosham and Dell Quay.
Parking in drive for 3 cars but not use of garage.

About the location

We are in a conservation area which protects our Roman history, with Fishbourne Toman palace mosaic a walk away.
Chichester is a beautiful Georgian/Roman town, part pedestrianised with good parking. There are weekly markets. Great shops and restaurants.
Chichester Festival Theatre has top performances and there is a lit going on in and around this friendly town. The cathedral is beautiful.
The harbour is a large natural harbour - sailing, fishing, walks, boat trips, seals and wonderful sun sets.
50 minutes by train direct to London, or 45 minutes direct to Gatwick airport.
