Beautiful period property in a convenient Edinburgh location

With four bedrooms (one with bunk beds, one with a double bed, one with a single that converts into two singles, one with a double sofa bed) and a double sofa bed in the front room, our spacious apartment can flexibily accommodate family or group of friends up to 8-10 people. The table in our well equipped kitchen seats 8-10 people. Originally owned by a master plasterer, or apartment features carved ceilings and other traditional features such as large bay windows and original fireplaces.

This flat is on the first floor and there is a garden shared with neighbours.

We have a pet cat who will be present so swappers will need to feed the cat and change the litter tray.

We are looking for a swap some time between 26th June-23 ed July or 1-12th August. We would consider a weekend swap in the lake district or a mountainous part of scotland with 3 hours drive of Edinburgh anytime May-September

About the location

Our home is ideally located as base to explore Edinburgh and it's surroundings. We are located on a quiet street in the bustling yet picturesque neighbourhood of Morningside.

There are buses every few minutes to the city centre, and many Fringe Festival venues are within a 30 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride.

Children will enjoy the play park (2 minutes walk) and duck pond, streams, woods and hills (15 minute walk), whilst adults will appreciate the many cafes, restaurants, independent shops and a Waitrose within a few minutes walk.
