Upstairs 1 double bedroom and 1 smaller single bedroom we use as a dressing room. Both bedrooms have modern air conditioning and flyscreens to windows. Large mezzanine sitting area and office space overlooking the sea also with air conditioning.

Downstairs air conditioned open plan kitchen lounge area and bathroom. Glass sliding doors opening from lounge to private terrace and garden.

New bathroom and kitchen installed last 2 years, most appliances are new.

Kitchen is equipped with electric hob and oven, air fryer, microwave, american style fridge freezer, nespresso machine, dish washer, washing machine.

Good wifi and British TV channels. Tap water is not drinkable but there’s a water dispenser and bottles are delivered. Mains water with excellent pressure.

About the location

Our place is located in a small resort of 23 houses mainly UK owners and all English speaking. We have a friendly little community and there’s usually someone around to chat with if you want.

A few steps to Crystal Bay which has a pebble beach with beautiful clear water for swimming and snorkling. Sandy beaches are a short drive away along with shops, restaurants, luxury resorts and world class golf resort in the immediate area.

There is an old coastal road going miles in each direction for traffic free walking or cycling. Our car can be included in the swap for maximum convenience and exploring North Cyprus. There are castles everywhere and roman ruins at Salamis if history interests you.

Ercan airport is 40 minutes away, taxi approximately £60. Larnaca airport is around 1 hour away (you need to show passport at the border, taxi approximately £90 from airport to door).
