Cosy two bedroom flat in the centre of North Berwick, Scotland. Full kitchen facilities, 1 bathroom with shower only. Accommodated by a single male, a child and 15 year old springer spaniel dog. Feel free to use all facilities within the property and a selection of male toddler toys (dinosaurs and cars mainly!).
Feel free to make use of child’s scooter and skateboard as well as our two person kayak, including adult and child safety gear.
You have access to a large shared garden but no other neighbours use the garden. Very quiet area at the entrance to a cul de sac with elderly neighbours so no late night parties please!
There is parking available and we can discuss use of my car if you need.
You will stay with a quiet on call fire station on one side and the train station on the other side. Excellent public transport on your door step. The bus stop is 1minute away giving you access to all coastal East Lothian villages terminating at Edinburgh city centre. The train station is 30 seconds from your door step and gives you a direct route to Edinburgh city centre within 30 minutes. You will be a 5 minute walk from the beach and 5 minute walk from North Berwick town centre.
You can look after our dog if you’re ok with this but she is an elderly, very friendly dog who would rather sleep all day than walk for miles. She will be your best friend if you feed her once in the evening. However, depending on location I will take her with me.

About the location

North Berwick is a very pleasant it vibrant seaside town in East Lothian, boasting great beaches and coastal scenery, and the Scottish Seabird Centre. It's home to an eclectic mix of shops, cafes and bars, not to mention world-renowned golf courses. Archerfield golf course is 3 miles away and is home to the annual Scottish golf open.
You can enjoy frequent boat trips around the islands off the coast of North Berwick including Craigleith and Bass Rock. There are many scenic walks and countryside to explore. I will be very surprised if you are bored during your stay.
Nearby is the National Museum of Flight, East Links family park, Tantallon Castle and Edinburgh city centre.
