Our Georgean home is in Peak District National Park and within the village conservation area.
We have off road parking, a lawned garden with a hot tub.
A courtyard with a table that gets the morning sunshine.
Inside we have traditional decor with a modern lounge, kitchen, diner. This has bifold doors onto a patio with table overlooking the valley. A separate dining room and a snug.There is a utility area to the back of the house.
We have 5 double bedrooms, 3 shower rooms and a sauna in the cellar.
About the location
We lie between the market towns of Matlock, Wirksworth and Bakewell on the edge of the Peak District.
There are many walks and cycle routes from the front door.
There are many outdoor activities close by.
There are 2 friendly pubs in the village, one of which is well known for hen racing. It also has a childrens playing field and a nice cafe.
Buxton is 30 minutes away with the famous waters and beautiful opera house.
Sheffield is 45 minutes away.
