Bronte is a great spot to live in Sydney - it's a beautiful area, close to beaches and easy to get around via bus/train or taxi. The flat is at the rear of a heritage cottage. It has a sunroom/dining room, kitchen, full bathroom, and a lovely deck and garden. The bedroom has a comfortable bed, with a pleasant outlook onto a bamboo grove. In winter the panel heating keeps the house very warm.

Located around 10km from Sydney`s CBD and 2km south of Bondi Beach, Bronte is one of the most popular and loved beaches in the entire eastern suburbs. The sand and rock-lined beach is set against a backdrop of steep cliffs and Bronte Park - a lovely 10ha valley covered with trees and expansive grasslands that sits behind the beach.
