I live in a very quiet amd safe area near many thermal spa’s and some smaller lakes.
It’s 10 min from the motorway and only 30 min to Graz and Graz airport.
In 5 min you can reach the train station to Graz and the train reaches Graz in about 20 min.
Vienna is about 180 km from my home. Also to the mountains you can reach in only 1 hour.
