Lovely period semi detached villa
Our home is a south facing 2 storey Edwardian semi detached villa situated in a quiet road. We have two double bedrooms, one with a super king size bed and the other a king size bed, there is also another bedroom with a single bed. We have a toilet/cloakroom on the ground floor and a shower room on the 2nd floor (please note we do not have a bath). We have a log burner in the main sitting room, a large kitchen/diner and other reception/music room and a study/sewing room on upper floor. Please note that the house is accessed by steps at the front and internal stairs to access bedrooms and main bathroom therefore would not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
About the location
Perth is a (smaller) historic city which is centrally located to explore the lowlands and highlands of Scotland. The train and bus stations are 10 minutes walk with excellent transport links for day trips to Edinburgh and Glasgow (just over 60 mins by train or bus). The beautiful highland towns of Dunkeld and Pitlochry are also easily accessible by train in under 60 minutes. Perth has recently opened a new museum to home the "stone of destiny" https://perthmuseum.co.uk. Dundee is 20 minutes away by train and is home to the V&A museum. There are many lovely hill and river walks you can do from the house. Scone Palace is around 30 minutes walk away with beautiful grounds to explore.
