We live in a 4 bed large flat, big kitchen and livingroom. next to a park 2 mins across the street and victoria park is also 5 min walk. Water of leith has so many paths the old railway lines good for cycling.
About the location
It`s a fantastic area with lots to do. We live next to the water of leith with all the cycle paths and parks nearby. Royal botanic gardens is 15 mins . Transport is great with lots of buses and the Tram, tram stop is 3 min walk. It`s a 20min journey to the town centre. There`s cafes, restaurants etc all nearby. Cinema is a 5min walk to ocean terminal.
