Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Georgian Flat in leafy London

Hello,

I’m looking for home swaps with my very large 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom flat in Blackheath London. We’re very close to Greenwich Royal Park and the river Thames is just the other side of the park.

The flat has a very big kitchen and dining area with views over trees and gardens.
The living room has a large 4 seater sofa and smart tv.
Both the bedrooms are doubles and one is very big.
Lots of storage space too.

I also have a garden with bbq.

Note: I have a shy but sweet cat who stays in the flat and uses the cat flap.
Note: flat is more like a house with sets of stairs so not suited for anyone with mobility issues.

About the location

The area is wonderful and many people don’t know of it. It’s Blackheath and has some of the most beautiful period houses and the ‘village’ has amazing coffee shops and restaurants including The Ivy, Indian, Chinese, French and Argentinian. We also have some great pubs for typical Sunday roast.

Greenwich Park with the Royal Observatory is a 20 min walk or 5 min bus journey.
Through the stunning park you can reach the Cutty Sark tourist site and the river Thames - hop on a boat into the centre!

Blackheath is served by a train station and trains take 10 mins to London Bridge (borough market, south bank, the Tate museum), 20 mins to Waterloo (the south bank) and 20 mins to Charing Cross for traflagar sq and soho, theatre land.

Blackheath is a peaceful safe area yet just a short train ride to the centre.
