Overlooking Park

This is a large four (5) bedroom, two storey house, that faces on to a small park. The house is fully equipped with all the usual mod-cons. The kitchen is well equipped, the lounge comfortable. There is a two bay garage, though one half is taken up by my workshop. There are two double bedrooms, and two singles. The office has no bed.
Broadband is connected. TV is standard NZ fare.

About the location

This is a quiet neighbourhood of friendly people, dog walkers, young families and retired folk like us. The street is within easy walking distance to the the University of Waikato and local shops, or a short bus ride into the centre of town – we usually cycle.
Hamilton is the fastest growing urban centre in New Zealand, and has world famous themed gardens. Further afield, it is 130 km to Auckland and the Gulf of Hauraki, about three hours drive to the central plateau (volcanoes, snow fields) and with good access to several national parks. There are direct flights from Hamilton to the Wellington and the South Island.
