Our house is a Victorian terraced house dating from 1907. It has 4 bedrooms (though 3 would br available). 2 v comfy king sized beds, a queen sized sofa bed and, if needed, an additional fold out mattress. Newly done en suite shower room. Large through living room and kitchen with a table.

Very friendly and warm neighbours. It’s a quiet and respectful family street.

Our house is in a friendly, safe and leafy enclave of London called Highams Park. 3 min walk to the station, supermarket 4 min away, Epping forest on the doorstep yep 20 min to Liverpool Street and 35 min door to door to Oxford Circus.
It’s in the borough of Waltham Forest - 5 min to Walthamstow Village. It’s a bit of a hidden gem with everything London offers within easy striking distance yet a peaceful oasis with park and lake a 7 min walk from the house. Very friendly and safe neighbourhood.
Lovely wine bar and micro pub selling craft ales 2 min walk, shop selling organic produce on the corner and large supermarket 4 min walk. Very quiet road.
