Our home is a 5 bedroom Victorian listed mansion with large Garden. There are 3 double bedrooms and one single , two bathrooms and ample space for parking. There`s central heating and double glazing throughout

The house can comfortably accommodate 7 adults

We renovated the house during the 15 years we’ve lived here, converting it from two flats into a family house

Furnished with a mix of vintage finds and contemporary styling, there`s lots of natural light throughout

In the living room there`s a wood burner, comfortable furniture and a television

Ground floor there are three reception rooms , kitchen and downstairs toilet in the cloakroom. We are a no shoe house and kindly request you leave your shoes here

About the location

House is on the south side of the small town of Ayr. We are within walking distance of large parks, golf course and the beach. The town centre with shops, restaurants and local transport links is a 15 minute walk. The location is ideal for exploring central Scotland and the border regions. Glasgow is a 45 minute drive and Edinburgh 1.5 hrs.
