You enter, via a small cloak room, into a large, welcoming open-plan living and dining space with wooden floors, and an open kitchen with generous worktops, and everything you need to self-cater.

There is a downstairs toilet / utility room and upstairs are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, one has bunkbeds, and one has a single bed. Each room has storage space for clothes, and two have plenty of children’s toys and books.

The house has gas central heating, double-glazed windows, and free parking if needed.

About the location

We are close to Herne Hill (0.4 miles) and North Dulwich (0.2 miles) stations, both with excellent links into Central London (Herne Hill has direct links to Blackfriars and Victoria, and North Dulwich has direct links to London Bridge).

We are opposite two excellent independent cafes, an Italian deli, a local supermarket, and a short walk to Brockwell Park and Dulwich Park. Herne Hill, Dulwich Village, East Dulwich and Brixton are all within easy walking distance, with a range of independent shops, cinema`s, markets, bars, pubs and restaurants. The Delawyk Crescent, through the back gate, has lots to explore, including a tree swing and a chicken coup.
