This is a stunning beach home - elevated to capture exceptional ocean views from the beach side windows. With panoramic views of the ocean and direct access to the beach, this is the most perfect holiday home you will find.The kitchen/dining area is perfect for hosting friends and family for lunch. Why not try your hand at making cocktails in the bar and then watch the sunset over the ocean from the verandah. On the second level enjoy a spa bath in the master ensuite with an expansive view of the ocean. Just 5 min to the nearest shops and with many great restaurants and cafes nearby. There is a large bar area with a commercial grade bar fridge. Outside the laundry you will find a cupboard with a boogie board as well as a one person kayak [ better for lake kayaking @ canton beach ]. There are 4 bikes in the garage. The kitchen has a huge granite bench and is great for hosting lunch with expansive views of the beach and ocean. There is a BBQ outside just near the outdoor dining area (seats 6 - 8) and outdoor lounges. The kitchen has an induction cook top and a butlers pantry. The dining area in front of kitchen has a table for 8 which can easily be expanded to 12 using another table. The front games area has a full pool table and equipment.

The front main bedroom is expansive with exceptional coastal views and beautifully decorated in the Hamptons style and a large king bed. It features a large bathroom with shower, toilet and spa bath with ocean views. The bedroom has a walk in robe. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ocean views and a large built in wardrobe. There is a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet right next door. The third bedroom is large with a triple bunk bed (double on the bottom and single on the top). It has a large wardrobe and an ensuite with toilet and shower. The forth bedroom has a large queen size bed and a built in wardrobe. There is a formal living area next to the bedrooms with a TV and DVD player. All bedrooms and living rooms have an apple or smart TV except the kids bedroom. The house has a front drive area with space for two cars and a double garage with a tesla charger. A large front gate which can be closed for added security.

About the location

Only 1.5 kms easy drive from Sydney Hargraves Beach is on the beautiful central coast, which is full of natural bushland and stunning beaches. For those who enjoy varied levels f activity there are many good bush walks nearby our home , including a gentle stroll through bush with ocean views to the Norah Head lighthouse . Bike ride along bush pathways off road to the lakes or to a restaurant for lunch. Go for a swim in the ocean, surf , paddle board, or jog or walk on the beach. or just relax with a cup of tea at home and enjoy the amazing 180 views of the ocean and coast line. You could also combine the two with a 15 min walk to the next beach along where there is a new cafe /restaurant above the surf club. There are golf clubs 10min either side of the house with some impressive ranges and facilities. There is a supermarket 10 min away or order your groceries to be delivered. I do recommend having a car at your disposal for this holiday so you can enjoy the surrounding areas and explore the foodie paradise with lots of fabulous restaurants to choose from. We have a tesla charger and a lock up garage.
