Small Family Friendly Terraced Cottage

Hi, the house is approx 900 sq ft with everything set up for a young family (we have a 2 year old). 1x double bedroom with king bed and Emma mattress (so comfortable), a small bedroom for a child where we have a cot set up and then we have a 2nd floor with low ceilings which we use for wardrobe space and laundry. We do have a blow up bed available for this space which we use sometimes but not ideal for anyone staying for more than a few nights. We have a dining table that's collapsable so it can seat 3-6 people, a tv with PS5, sky, wifi and a beautiful and comfortable sofology sofa. Kitchen is fully equipped (I am a passionate cook) with everything you would need and would love to share my cook book collection with any fellow chefs! The bathroom is situated through the kitchen (classic 1900's house!) with a shower over bath, toilet and basin.

The style of our house is English country home with a contemporary twist. We love pattern, color and items with character-anything that makes a home feel 'homely'. There is space for 1 car on the driveway, very friendly neighbors and on street parking further down the road. We have a long garden with patio and grass, lots of outdoor space and PLENTY of toys and books for children. Including highchair etc!

About the location

We live in a leafy suburb on the outskirts of London. In terms of location, we are perfectly situated for anyone that wants to explore the countryside as well as central London, a train to London Bridge is 15 minutes from our local train station; Orpington. It takes a short walk to get into the countryside or short drive to reach areas such as Sevenoaks, Tonbridge Wells and anywhere in the Kent downs. The nearest town is Bromley, which is a 15 min drive away and has everything you need in terms of shops, cinema and restaurants. The house is situated on a quiet road behind The Princess Royal Hospital, a few minutes walk to a Sainsbury's and the lovely village of Locksbottom where there are pubs and restaurants as well as parks and nature.
