There are three bedrooms and the home accommodates five people to sleep easily.

Located in the popular Plateau Mont-Royal on a quiet tree-lined street a half-block from the bustling Mont-Royal Ave.

No smoking inside, please.

We have a cat, Finnegan, who our neighbour would take care of but that would likely be hanging around a lot!

Also plants and a garden to water at times.

About the location

Our sunny and peaceful home is located in an ideal location (in an area called the Plateau, which is an incredibly vibrant and culturally-active neighbourhood of Montreal), just half a block from Mt-Royal Ave, a few blocks from the wonderful Lafontaine Park, and numerous smaller parks, this is the place to come relax and enjoy our beautiful city.

We have wonderful neighbours, a vibrant street a half block away that is converted into a pedestrian street during the Summer, where you can stroll along to see live music, get drinks on the many terraces... the options are many.

Close to several excellent grocers, cheese shops, bakeries, butchers, pools, bars and restaurants, theatres, hardware stores, gyms, and other amenities on Mont-Royal Ave.

Papineau and Mont-Royal buses one block away, Mont-Royal Metro station 15min. walk away.
