In the space there is a/c, a sofa that turns into a double bed, an armchair and a wooden chair as well as an additional dining table for 6 people.

It is located on the first floor without an elevator, while directly opposite the entrance there is a bus stop with very frequent bus and trolley crossings that take you to the city`s centers of interest.
About the location
It is in a nice safe area with all the shops right next to us. (Supermarket, bakery, fishmonger, butcher, restaurant, etc.).
