About the location

Enjoy a wonderful seaside holiday at this relaxing home from home on the outskirts of Reydon near Southwold and the coast. There’s plenty of space for the family with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two dining areas and a lovely south-facing garden when you’re not out enjoying the coast.

You`ll feel at home as soon as you put your bags down. Kick back and relax in the light-filled living room with French doors to the garden. Watch TV or grab a book from the DVD and book library in the dining room, the perfect space for enjoying meals together around the table. The kitchen is well-equipped for rustling up meals and has a breakfast table and chairs for less formal meals. There’s a handy shower room and WC on the ground floor, and two further bathrooms, along with the three bedrooms, upstairs: two pretty doubles, one has an en-suite shower room, and a good-sized single room, and a family bathroom. The garden has a suntrap patio and kids can play in the fully enclosed garden.

Reydon is a leafy village with two small shops, one very close to Field End, very convenient for all those essentials. The Randolph Hotel is very close by and serves delicious food, it has a great garden with play equipment for children and serves meals.

Walk, drive, or catch the bus to Southwold, the quintessential seaside town (1.5 miles away). A 20 minute walk to the Seafront. Pack your buckets and spades and spend the day on the beaches, Southwold Pier Beach, and Southwold Denes Beach, where you can while away the day paddling, lazing, paddle boarding and swimming. Kids will love Southwold Maize Maze at Old Hall just (1.5 miles) with outdoor activities for kids, walks, go karting and a lovely Cafe too. There is a new skate park near the Pier. Visit the harbour area and enjoy wonderful fish and seafood. Catch the tiny ferry across to Walberswick and enjoy the crabbing.
