Our home is a well appointed and recently refurbished two-storey maisonette in a 20th century social housing estate celebrated for its outstanding architecture designed by Peter Tabori (Highgate Newtown). Our home is very tranquil and quiet as the estate is pedestrian and we have a garden aspect from our full width sliding doors to the balcony on the top floor and also to the patio garden from the bedrooms on the lower floor.

On the entrance level there is a living room/dining room, with the master bedroom off this space in a private but open plan arrangement. The kitchen is a contained room on this same level, connected to the living areas with a large sliding door. On the lower ground floor there is a small study, 2 single bedrooms, bathroom with separate toilet and a store room with washing machine. The 2 bedrooms each have their own access to our patio garden.

About the location

Our home is located in the Dartmouth Park Conservation Area, a beautiful residential neighbourhood of 19th and 20th century architecture. There are traditional pubs and the celebrated Highgate Cemetery on our doorstep; furthermore, both Hampstead Heath and Highgate Village are only a 10 minute walk away.

The flat is also a 5-minute walk to Archway underground station (Zone 2), with central London 10-15 minutes away on the Northern Line. Many bus links and London Overground are also available. There is excellent food shopping and general amenity available in Archway.
