Entire House - perfect spot for New England summer experience

Our home is our happy place. We are minimalists and try to have it feeling clean, airy, and bright. There are a few plants to bring some wildlife inside. We have comfortable seating options, so many closets for storage, and all cooking/living/necessities one would need. The driveway is shared with our neighbors, who we adore. Two cars can still fit in our drive. We have outdoor equipment we`d be open to lending if person/s are experienced, careful, and have the means to transport items safely. (kayaks, bikes) While we do not have children, we have friends with children, and we are always going to a fun event in our town or in nearby towns that are family friendly. The Berkshires in the summer are an amazing place to be to explore New England.

Our house was renovated when we purchased it two years ago so has all new kitchen appliances and a w/d upstairs. There are two floors - a kitchen study and den on first floor; a bedroom, tv/bedroom, office and bathroom on second floor. We are very tidy and do not have a lot of stuff ... other than books! Feel free to browse and read, but please leave books on property (I`m a librarian and book lover! They are each precious to me!) Our clothes are in two closets, but there are SO MANY more closets and two dressers for anyone staying to use. We`ve moved most of our private things out for this trip. Feel free to move or change things as long as it is returned to regular places or leave note where they were moved upon your departure.
